To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lumora and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of our services.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Lumora platform, or any feature within it, at any time without prior notice. We will endeavor to provide adequate notice for significant changes that affect user data or access.
These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with standard global digital compliance laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
