Welcome to VaultX. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our cloud storage and file management services. By utilizing VaultX, you legally agree to be bound by these terms.

2 Service Usage

VaultX provides secure cloud infrastructure for your personal or professional data. Users must adhere to the following strict guidelines:

• You may not use VaultX to store, distribute, or host illegal, pirated, or malicious content (including malware or ransomware).
• You may not attempt to circumvent storage limits, bandwidth limits, or security systems.
• Accounts found violating these rules will be subject to immediate suspension or permanent termination without notice.

3 Content Ownership

You retain full and complete ownership of all files and data you upload to VaultX. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your stored content. You grant VaultX only the necessary permissions to securely host and deliver your data back to you across your devices.

4 Storage Limits & Billing

VaultX offers tiered storage plans. If you exceed your allocated storage limit, your ability to upload new files will be restricted until you upgrade your plan or free up space. All subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable, except where required by law.

5 Service Availability & Liability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, VaultX is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages, including but not limited to:

• Data loss, corruption, or hardware failure.
• Temporary service interruptions or downtime.
• Unauthorized access resulting from compromised user credentials.

We strongly recommend maintaining independent backups of all critical files.

6 Modifications to Terms

VaultX reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any given time. We will publish updates on this page, and your continued use of our services constitutes full acceptance of those changes.
